Project Overview
Launched in 2024, Star Jumper was designed to be a simple, fun game with bright colors and music for Android and iOS. Completed in six months by a team of five, it was crafted to delight kids.
Step 1: Idea Creation
We collaborated with the client to brainstorm a space-themed game. Kids love stars and planets, so we created a story where the hero jumps between colorful planets, collecting stars to win levels, documented in a detailed game design plan.
Step 2: Game Design
Our artists designed a cute space hero and vibrant planets. We sketched fun levels with unique challenges, added collectible stars, and created kid-friendly touch controls and clear menus, refining designs through testing.
Step 3: Development
Using Unity, our coders built 20 unique levels with smooth hero movements and sparkling star effects. Sound effects added fun, and we ensured the game ran smoothly across mobile devices.
Testing
We rigorously tested every level, fixing crashes and simplifying hard levels based on kids’ feedback. The month-long testing ensured a fun, bug-free experience loved for its bright colors.
Step 5: Launch
Launched in 2024 on Google Play and Apple App Stores, Star Jumper received great reviews from kids and clients. We added new levels based on player demand and continue to update it.
